This End-User License Agreement applies to the Konkani Kurdi mobile app, powered by The S Development.
License terms
License
The S Development grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Konkani Kurdi for personal, lawful use on devices you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or harms the service, other users, or The S Development.
Ownership
Konkani Kurdi, including its app design, text, structure, and related materials, remains owned by The S Development or its licensors. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights.
Support
Support is available by email at [email protected]. The app stores may also provide platform-specific support for download, installation, billing, and device issues.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Konkani Kurdi is provided as a practical learning guide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of any kind, and The S Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
The S Development may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
